Other amenities are a large screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs, joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.

Paradise on Cedar Island Bay

This cottage is on Cedar Island Bay just 3 miles from the Cedar Island/Ocracoke Ferry. The property offers a beautiful sunrise in the morning and a cool place to prop your feet up in the evening. There is a covered front porch and back deck with a charcoal grill. The master bedroom has a double bed and a twin. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a Queen size bed. The island has swimming, boating and horseback riding.

Neuse river is a bike ride away with another fishing pier 2 pickle ball courts and playground less than 1/2 mile from the house. A stop for greenway cyclists and a hugh area for sail boat novoelists. You can take the Minnesott ferry on your way to Atlantic Beach.
