The apartment is a bedroom with sitting area, fully equipped kitchen & bath. It's in the heart of the town & walkable to all the boutiques, restaurants & nightlife! It comes equipped with a Nespresso machine, coffee pods,sparkling water, wifi & tv if you just want to chill. It's steps from the canal for lovely sunrise/sunsets! There are bike/walking paths nearby.

Two living rooms, fully equipped kitchen, family style dining area. Wrap around decks on multiple floors. Firepit, Adirondack seating, lawn games for enjoying 1.5 acres with water views. Community sandy beach across the street for strolling & relaxing.

Sweet Bay Overlook

Take it easy at this unique home overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. You will enjoy watching the amazing sunsets on the bluff as the eagles, ospreys and boats drift by. Our little house was built in the 1960’s by a brick mason who was very good at his trade. In recent years, the home had fallen into disrepair, but a talented Amish craftsman purchased the house and renovated it from top to bottom. The Sweet Bay that you see today reflects his incredible attention to detail and quality.

With a half mile of hiking trails, and over 600 feet of frontage on Octoraro Creek, there are numerous options for taking in the natural beauty: warm up by our two firepits, lounge in a hammock, take a dip in the river, or fish for trout from the shoreline. A secluded retreat that feels remote, but moments from the civilization you came to escape.

Our house is nestled between the shore of the NE River and the creek and marsh directly behind. The home is warm, unassuming and inviting; you'll feel right at home. Perfect for familes or groups, or a romantic weekend. Bird watchers will love the bald eagles, ospreys, kingfishers, mallards and cormorants, to name a few. The upstairs living room is a perfect place for the kids while the adults enjoy the lower area. You find our place warm, cozy and quiet.

This home has the closest proximity to the community beach and pier, and it also exudes historic charm with a stunning 2-story fireplace, hardwood & stone flooring, and built-ins. ***There is no guest access to the pier for storage or day-use of boats***

This adorable home is in a special/serene place on the water and yet also on Main Street making it easy to walk to all of the Town of North East's Restaurants, Bars, and Boutique Shops! Enjoy a festival in our park, kayaks on the river, bike around town or take a short drive to visit the amazing Turkey Point Light House, Elk Neck State Park, and Elk Neck State Forest, which all offer hiking and recreational activities!
