This is recent modern Barn conversion. (Jan 2015) It contains one large kitchen/dining/lounge area, one double bedroom with en suite facilities. June 2017 added second Living Space area with view of adjacent farm and wood, Lobby area with Laundry facilities and a second bathroom. Skeaghvil chalets are located in a woodland setting beside Skeagh lake, near Bailieborough Cavan. The Hot Tub can be added to your stay for an extra charge and it’s not shared. Fishing boat is available to hire for Skeagh Lake and kayaking can be booked on the Castle Lake or your welcome to bring your own kayaks. Skeagh is an area of natural beauty and it’s a walkers paradise. There are various running and bike trails to choose from within a short distance of the chalets.

This old stone cottage built between 1830 -1850 is tucked away at the archway entrance to the Cloverhill Estate. This cottage is surrounded by gardens and woodland. The magic of this cottage is undeniable . Originally built for the Gate Keeper this cottage reflects heritage with rustic simplicity. Though some features and fittings have been replaced, the survival of historic features, including the label mouldings and timber bargeboards add to its character and charm.

Mary’s cottage at Tonylion house is cosy 2 bedroom, both with en-suite, Kitchen and beautiful sunroom looking out over beautiful mature gardens. Outdoor table and chairs. It’s all electric heating. For very hot days there is Air conditioning in the cottage. Wi-Fi and Netflix, sky Tv on 55 inch screen. Peacock House

The Peacock House is located within the Lismore Demesne. It was once the dairy and workers cottage. From the 1980s onwards it was used to house peacocks, giving the cottage its name. After being left dormant for 80 years it was lovingly restored three years ago. These days it is a bright and cozy cottage offering tranquil views of mature trees and park land. There is private access to forest walks along the Doney Stream just outside the doorstep.
