Convenience meets luxury at our town home, located less than two minutes from I-75 ( Exit 341). The location allows for a 15-minute commute to the center of Dalton and a less than 20 min commute to downtown, Chattanooga, Tennessee. Restaurants, shops, and entertainment surround the area with quick access to 1-75, yet the town home itself is nestled into a quiet residential area. Cleaned to COVID standards. Nothin' Fancy Guesthouse (20 mins to Chatt)

Welcome to Nothin' Fancy! If you are looking for a basic place to rest, this is an option. Think about this place as one step up from camping. It is behind our main house. We have a full bed, kitchen, and bathroom in a 400-foot space. We’re about 20 minutes away from Chatt. We are animal friendly for a small pet fee. We also have dogs/cats; you may hear them outside. The house has no internet or tv, but we do have cell service. AC window unit only. Only book if old and basic works for you.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You will be just a couple of minutes from the interstate (75). 20 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and 20 minutes from Dalton, Georgia. You are one mile from a grocery store, and several fast food restaurants. You are just a 10 minute drive to Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia which has Walmart and many places to eat and shop. Some area attractions include the Ringgold Depot and Chickamauga Battlefield.

Our farm is 31 acres near the Chickamauga Battlefield. Horse country within spitting distance of downtown Chattanooga. Escape to a quieter life for however long you can manage it. Gaze at the horses, chant with the cows, let the frogs sing you to sleep. Walk our trails, relax by the pond. Unforgettable.

The Rustic Secret, apartment

This rustic “tiny apartment” is the secret you wouldn’t even know was there (basement apartment). With kitchen, full bathroom, queen sized bed and convertible couch, this is all you could hope for from tiny space living! We have several books and board games to enjoy your time together and the 50” flatscreen is there, just in case reading and games arent your thing. If you need a quiet place to just get away for a while, or a clean place to lay your head, we’re here to help!

Cozy room in a family home with private entrance and bathroom attached. Our location facilitates the lodging for people traveling between the northeast and southeast. The house has easy access, just 1 min to high way ( I-75 ) on last exit 353 between Georgia and Tennessee line. Is located just 15 min from downtown Chattanooga, Hamilton mall (8 min), Chattanooga Airport (11 min) and many touristic places. We are a family of 4 including 2 medium dogs. We are pet friendly!

Little House on the Farm

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Come enjoy this interactive and engaging experience of life on the farm including the sights, sounds, and smells of farm life. This little farmhouse is nestled on the back of the property and offers a cozy and warm environment with many wonderful amenities. While at the farm, you can pet and feed the variety of farm animals, play in the mud puddle, enjoy some great farm games and catch a glimpse of nature.

Rest and relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. Marvelous 1 king bed, 1 queen beds, and 2 twin beds await guests. Enjoy the convenience of WIFI, AC, heating, washing machine and dryer. Relax in the tranquil atmosphere of the 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower and bathtub. If you bring a pet you are welcome, read requirement and register to avoid $100.00 penalties. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located on a 90 acre farm. While home does not have access to the farm your surrounding views are of the farm fence, pasture & horses. You have access to a large yard with swing. If you would like access to the farm or horse stables we do have horse stables for those traveling at extra cost.
