Inside, the sleeping lofts have a Queen and a Full bed. The futon opens into a skinny Full. The bathroom boasts a tankless water heater, full size tub, and standard toilet. A full sized fridge and 3 burner stove are available. Come enjoy a perfect mix of peaceful seclusion and adventuring in the FLX!

House on the Hill

A tiny house with the comforts of home. Single Bedroom stair free in-law suite with amazing sunsets and the feeling of being in the middle of the woods while still being close enough to enjoy a reasonable drive to some of the Finger Lakes best hiking trails, food, wineries and other destination locations. If you come in the winter you will want an all wheel drive vehicle if there is snow on the roads, but half a mile down the hill and you are on the state highway to the finger lakes region.

Swim off the dock in the private pond, or paddle the kayak or canoe. Ten miles from Corning's Gaffer District & 25 miles to the world famous Watkins Glen State Park

There is also many options for food and shopping. The kitchen is stocked with coffee and basic cooking supply's and utensils.
