Il casale "S. Stefano" è ubicato in zona collinare, nel Comune di Monte Santa Maria Tiberina (PG), al confine tra Umbria e Toscana. È circondato da ampi spazi verdi e boschivi ed è dotato di piscina. Completamente ristrutturato, con caratteristici tetti con travi in legno e pianelle a vista, l’edificio è molto antico: in passato il casale aveva annessa la chiesa parrocchiale di S. Stefano, da cui prende il nome e le cui mura perimetrali esistono tuttora. Il casale è dotato di 2 appartamenti.

Il borgo, abbandonato nel dopo guerra, è stato interamente recuperato nel suo impianto originale. Punto di partenza per scoprire il gusto della Toscana a tavola.
