Quiet & serene retreat for adults 21 years of age or older located in California Gold County on ranch property - a little more than a mile from highway 140, which is the route to the west entrance of Yosemite Valley. The property is situated in the rolling hills and oak trees of Catheys Valley. The sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous and the night sky has an unobstructed view of the stars.

This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. The greens and the yellows of California ebb and flow through the seasons creating unique natural beauty which is different each season of the year.
