The living room is equipped with Smart TV 55" with all streaming plattforms and a selection of Italian, English and french books. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils to hopefully meet your every need. The bedrooms with the characteristic vaulted roofs are equipped with double windows to eliminate any external noise, memory foam beds and charging stations for electronic devices. The winter garden is the gem of the house, a wonderful green oasis where you can relax. Near all the most important services such as pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, trattorias, bars and pubs in the historic center, our apartment is an ideal solution to enjoy a peaceful corner while being in the center of Catania nightlife. ROOMS The sleeping area has been designed to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible. Each room is equipped with modern fixtures, a very comfortable memory foam double bed and a queen-size sofa bed. In addition, each guest will have a workstation for recharging their electronic devices. LIVING ROOM In our spacious and welcoming living area, you can relax reading one of the many books made available for our guests or watch movies and TV series in the 55 "Smart TV, equipped with terrestrial channels and digital" Fire TV "support that will allow you to access to popular streaming platforms like Prime Video, Netflix, Infinity and DAZN. Our trulli are close to Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Alberobello (8 km). The whole guest house called "il Colle del noce" is composed of two houses: "Ulivo" and "Ciliegio", which can be rent individually as from this announcement. You can also rent them both from "trulli il Colle del noce+piscina" announcement. The sea is 30 km from our place. The rental is fantastic for families and groups. You'll love my trulli for the beautiful pool and garden, where you'll relax between the olives trees.
