Superbe 160m2 pour 6 personnes, 3 ch, 3 sdb

Très bel appartement parisien, 160m2, confortable pour 6 personnes. 5ème étage avec ascenseur, très lumineux. Grand salon, bibliothèque,3 ch et 3 sdb, 2 wc dont un séparé. Master bedroom, lit 180, sdb ensuite avec douche à l'italienne. Deux chambres lit 160, une sdb avec baignoire et une sdb avec douche. Cuisine équipée ouverte. À 2 pas des catacombes et du RER B, jardins du Luxembourg, centre de Paris, accès direct aéroports, ligne 4 et 6 du métro. Appartement non adapté aux PMR.

Charmant appartement haussmanien avec cheminée en plein centre du 14 ème arrondissement, avec moulures et parquet. Quartier familial avec tout à proximité à pied: restaurants, bars, supermarchés, magasins, bus, métro. Au 3ème étage avec ascenseur, il est très lumineux. C'est un appartement spacieux avec un bureau, au charme typiquement parisien avec de nombreux livres et bandes dessinées à consulter. Il se trouve à 2 minutes à pied des transports vers tous les sites touristiques.
