Come relax at this newly renovated cabin. Villa cottages is part of a small hotel in Marigot Bay. Villa Cottages is near the world's famous Marigot Bay, just 1 min walk through the mangrove. There is a waterfront restaurant on site, where u can enjoy some of the best local cuisines while adoring the breathtaking views. To get across to the other side of the bay, you would have to take a water ferry ,which is provided for free by the resort. It takes about 20 seconds to get across.

On a clear day, you can kiss Martinique good morning! A 15-minute walk or 5 min cab ride brings you to the lively Marigot Bay and the yacht marina with all the restaurants with fun nightlife. Our villa's location is private enough to hear the wild forest nature sounds.

Ti Kas is all wood, with one bedroom, a double bed, complete kitchen, saloon with smart TV with WIFI connection & sofa. One toilet inside & bath on the balcony. From the guest balcony there's a wonderful view of the ocean & neighboring Martinique.
