The container home at Buckhorn Farm

Get away from it all with this, rustic tiny home situated on a small farm. Sit out front and enjoy the sunset while you watch the horses, donkeys, goats and cows. We do ask you only feed the animals the provided treats. There is no wifi available, you can use your hotspot on your cell for the tv. Microwave and grill with a side burner for cooking. No indoor stove or oven. Toilet and sink inside, shower is outside. Close to downtown Wilmington and the beaches! Lots of local history as well!

Riptide Stables

We would love to invite you to join us for a vacation like no other. We offer a wonderfully appointed cozy farm cottage above our barn. Riptide Stables is a 17 acre farm w/nature trails, animals to pet & feed! We have 12 miniature donkeys, 5 horses & 2 mini horses (ponies) as well as several canine and feline friends. Your well-behaved pets are welcome to join you at our farm with a fee. This is a great place to stay that is only 12 miles to Wrightsville Beach, 10 miles to Downtown Wilmington

An awesome newly remodeled stand alone 2-story house located on Greenfield Lake and a stroll down from the Amphitheater. Near the Independence Mall Shopping Area and two miles from the vibrant Historical Downtown with music and dining choices. A scenic 4.5 mile paved walking or jogging trail runs by the Lake House and circles the lake. You are 30 minutes away from our two beautiful beaches. There are lots of sights and attractions nearby, but you are located in a place of peace and quiet.
