Hilltop Views From a Historic Tuscan Home

Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

The flat is located on the ground floor and remains pleasantly cool even on the hottest summer days. It offers plenty of peace and quiet and is ideal for anyone looking to relax. Interior: A spacious bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with a bunk bed, a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen and living room and a bathroom with a shower. Outdoor area: A small terrace with sea views and a private garden of 110 m², shaded and perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing in the greenery.

La mia casa si trova a Livorno, nel caratteristico quartiere di Antignano, vicino al centro e a due passi dalle splendide calette del Lungomare, perfette per un tuffo ed un bagno di sole. Base strategica per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

Open space immerso nella natura

Casa namaste è un piccolo casolare in pietra con interni curatissimi a 1 km dal borgo medievale di Montescudaio La casa è completamente circondata da bosco e querce secolari a 150 metri scorre il fiume Cecina nel giardino di 5000 metri quadrati c'è una sorgente naturale con una grande vasca in pietra per rinfrescarsi e una doccia calda esterna immersa nel verde..abbiamo una linea adsl Vodafone con download 33 e upload 1.4..da questa primavera è inoltre disponibile smart TV e climatizzatore

La Mediterranea

Casa rustica indipendente a 800 metri dal mare con ampio giardino in zona residenziale. Posti macchina inclusi. L'alloggio è composto da 1 camera matrimoniale e 1 piccola sempre con letto matrimoniale (4 posti letto totali), salotto, cucina e un bagno con doccia e lavatrice. All'esterno si trova un'ampia veranda ombreggiata un barbecue e un tavolo da ping pong. Nella zona sono presenti negozi di beni di prima necessità e qualche ristorante. la casa è situata a 10/15 min dal centro città.

Rilassati in questo bilocale tranquillo in posizione strategica nel cuore di Livorno all'interno di un cortile privato a pochi passi dal bellissimo lungomare, dal centro della città, e vicino all'Accademia Navale. A 6 minuti dagli imbarchi del Porto Mediceo con imbarchi per traghetti; a 3 minuti dalle fermate degli autobus e a 10 minuti dalla stazione. Inoltre, sono presenti molte strutture come bar, ristoranti e locali per aperitivi molto vicini anche al centro storico "La Venezia".

E' un appartamento facente parte di una tenuta completamente recintata di 60 ettari di natura incontaminata: più di 1000 ulivi, innumerevoli cipressi e foreste profumate creano un ambiente idilliaco per coloro che ricercano tranquillità e silenzi. La tenuta Palmierina è in prossimità di Castelfalfi (un vero gioiello di architettura medievale) e nelle vicinanze di Firenze (50 Km), Siena (50 Km), Pisa (50 Km).
