Casa Raposa Mountain Lodge 1

If you're in the mood for nature, relaxation or outdoor activities... Casa Raposa's lodges are made for you. Our 30m2 lodge is a large open-plan living area with a bedroom, lounge and kitchenette. The bathroom is enclosed for added privacy :) Enjoy a 20m2 south-facing terrace all day long. This lodge has a double bed and a comfortable single sofa bed. A morning snack is included in the price (fresh bread, jam, butter, coffee, tea, orange juice). We look forward to welcoming you! Casa Raposa

Quinta do Cobral

You will stay on our lovely farm, sharing with no other guests. Close to The Serra da Estrela Mountains, lots of beautiful river beaches and historical cities. It is a traditional, cozy and private granite cottage situated in a quiet river valley surrounded by woodland, birds and wildlife, with EXCLUSIVE use of our salt water pool. the house is good for couples, families (with kids) we do not charge more during holiday times, same great price all year, and pets (but please check first).

Rodeada de uma paisagem única pode observar a roda de regadio e a moenda ainda em atividade. O parque de merendas com churrasqueira e campo de jogos são também uma atração para quem nos visita. Local ideal para um fim de semana a dois.

The bright Wooden Zen House is located in the bamboo garden connecting with nature and the inner soul. This guest home and surrounding make an ideal space for those needing a deeper contemplative state for creativity and recovering, or just a place to get away from the stress of a fast paced world. It is perfect for couples and solo adventurers who seek something special, and are attracted by simplicity and originality. On request we prepare a vegan/vegetarian breakfast.

The Boat Yard camping, static boats

Three quaint but comfortably converted fishing boats. One, the largest is a kitchen/dinner. The other two are: an adult bedroom & younger children's bedroom. This can be two singles or a double. A fully functioning bathroom with a shower, basin & loo. Build in BBQ with a large wooden picnic table. A sail canopy for those hot summer days, & aft deck for a pleasant evenings chats, food & drinks. There is by arrangement a 4.5mtr teepee witch could sleep up to 6 extra people.

The house is located in the Mondego River Valley on walking distance of a beautifull isolated riverbeach. A great place to get away from the stressed world. Excellent for a couple or an individual who loves the simplicity, purity and silence of nature. The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.

Our tiny house is built by ourselves using several natural building techniques, such as strawbales, clay, lime and sand. The tiny house has a superb view on the valley. The small kitchen has a gas stove with small oven, sink, water and fridge. You can sleep in the double bed on the mezzanine. There is a woodburner for chilly days or nights, a table and outside chairs. All furniture is home made! There is a composting toilet next to the tiny house for private use.

Stay at our windmill in Portugal: nature, comfort, fresh produce and fine wine. Isn’t that the recipe for a fine slice of life? The windmill is the perfect place to stay for some quiet time; with 360 degree views of the mountains, and just the sounds of the birds and the breeze to accompany you, you will leave feeling relaxed and inspired.

inXisto Lodges - Tryhouse

Surrounded by the Açor and Estrela Mountains, Tryhouse is located in the small village of Chãs d’Égua, in the parish of Piódão. Inside an old shale haystack, a new, more contemporary and welcoming space has emerged. It is a studio that extends outside, where there are dining and leisure areas. The Tryhouse has panoramic mountain views.

Cabin By The River

Private wooden cabin in an off grid farm, overlooking the river Ocreza. 15 min from Castelo Branco, the cabin is a cosy 26m2, with a double bed and extra small double matteresse. It has a kitchenette, outside compost toilets and field shower. The dirt road to the farm is about 2km from the village of Palvarinho.

The mill house

The property is a studio house adjacent to our family house. Our studio house is cosy and would suit a couple or small family who like to hike, cycle or just relax. Canoeing is possible a few kilometers away. The apartment is next to our own home but with complete privacy. Access is separate from main house.
