Il nuovissimo alloggio Vi da il benvenuto nel cuore del centro storico di Reggio Emilia, perfetto per raggiungere comodamente tutte le mete migliori della città. Non vi mancheranno una ampia scelta di ristoranti della tradizione Emiliana, locali aperitivo ed atmosfere romantiche. L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano di una palazzina completamente ristruttura in zona a traffico limitato, il parcheggio più vicino si trova in via San Girolamo, gratuito dalle ore 20 alle 8 e nei giorni festivi.

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

A fianco alla casa passa il sentiero 501 che conduce direttamente alle 5 terre attraverso i boschi che riempiono la valle. E' dotato di una grande terrazza (oltre 16 metri quadri) che gode di una magnifica vista panoramica sulla valle e dalla quale si ammirano delle emozionanti albe. Il parcheggio è privato. Le camere, situate al secondo piano di una casa del 1700, con ingresso indipendente, offrono un meraviglioso panorama. Si fornisce: cassaforte in ogni camera, TV, zanzariere e tenda da sole, angolo tè- caffè e angolo relax nel giardino sotto la casa. Pulizia e sanificazione - ogni due giorni - con prodotti da protocollo antivirus registrati nella scheda affissa. Cambio di biancheria a metà settimana.

The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car. On our guidebook we listed the best traditional restaurants where dinner, several venues where taking a great breakfast and wonderful places to visit near us.

Marina's House will let you live an amazing experience in the heart of Cinque Terre thanks to its wonderful location closed to the little port of Riomaggiore. The typical little terrace is just in front of the sea bringing you true sea's colours and flavours. The location is closed to restaurants of the little port and shops of the centre, as well as the docking boats and the train station.
