Soak up the History at a 17th-century Venetian Palazzo

The bright flat is a perfect combination of modern style and tradition: while all the pieces of furniture are brand new, the white mosaic floor, the ceiling with beams and decorative details reflect the typical Venetian interiors. The flat is provided with the following services: - fully equipped kitchen with induction cooking and combo oven; - air conditioning both in the dining room/kitchen and bedroom; - clean towels and bed sheets; - high speed WiFi (and ethernet connection); - Cinema TV with Sky decoder (with subscription to international channels), music sound system. Rialto Bridge is only seven minutes away, or venture a little further to Piazza San Marco in about 15 minutes. Getting lost in the picturesque alleyways is part of the beauty of exploring Venice. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per tutto il gruppo, per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con Polizia e Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

A small romantic attic, with a private terrace, well-kept and full of light thanks to the windows overlooking the Venetian roofs. You can relax on the terrace, admiring the landscape, sipping your coffee. The house overlooks Via Garibaldi, one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Venice, where it is easy to find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m or for people with mobility difficulties because there are 4 floors of stairs!

A cozy home where you can get away and immerse yourself in the real Venice. The apartment is located on the third and fourth floors and has a beautiful terrace on the last floor. Up to 6 beds. The building has no elevator like most of the others in Venice.

This loft has been totally renewed in 2018 and it’s comfortably located in the characteristic and picturesque area of Castello. The loft is located in the heart of Venice city centre on the first floor of the prestigious Girometta’s family. It’s formed of a totally equipped open space kitchen and living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed (160X200 cm) and a bathroom, with shower (90x70 cm).
