You can even match the single beds to have a large double bed. You'll find beautiful and spacious bathrooms, with a large shower to ensure maximum relaxation. The living room is the brightest room, with a comfortable sofa bed, a new smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen. You will have also access to the private terrace on canal. Both in bedrooms and in living room you'll find curtains (they are electric, inside the glasses). If you want, it can become pitch dark. It's ground floor flat. You can easily access with your luggages, from the private bank or from the door on the street ("calle"). No keys! You will have your own PIN (we will send you 24 hours before arrival), so everyone can enter easily. Welcome to my home, a small artist’s loft facing a canal. This small independent house is a stone's throw from the BIENNALE. The bedroom is on two levels with Japanese futons and tatamis that can be used as single or double beds. The living room has a round table, a ship’s wood bar and 4 meter ceilings. You will be a 10 minute vaporetto ride and a 10 minute walk from the beach (Lido) and a 20 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. We welcome all races and nationalities and are LGBTQ+ friendly.

It's situated in one of the most typical areas of the city, with markets and restaurants. It's very close to the Biennale gardens, where there is also playground. It's distant two minutes from the vaporetto stop and 15 minutes by walk from Piazza San Marco. You will like my accommodation for these reasons: it's perfect if you want to live as a really Venetian. My accommodation is perfect for couples, business travelers and families (with children).

Casa terra-cielo, luminosa, silenziosa e arricchita da vivaci tocchi di colore, è l’ideale per una coppia. Puo' ospitare fino a 4 persone dato che vi è un comodo divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno ma attenzione che il bagno si trova al piano superiore e per accedervi bisogna passare davanti alla camera da letto open space.

A cozy home where you can get away and immerse yourself in the real Venice. The apartment is located on the third and fourth floors. Up to 6 beds. The building has no elevator like most of the others in Venice.
