Welcome to my home, a small artist’s loft facing a canal. This small independent house is a stone's throw from the BIENNALE. The bedroom is on two levels with Japanese futons and tatamis that can be used as single or double beds. The living room has a round table, a ship’s wood bar and 4 meter ceilings. You will be a 10 minute vaporetto ride and a 10 minute walk from the beach (Lido) and a 20 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. We welcome all races and nationalities and are LGBTQ+ friendly.

La sua posizione centralissima vi consentirà di raggiungere facilmente e in poco tempo tutti i principali siti di interesse di Venezia, è inoltre facilmente raggiungibile dalla Stazione e dall'aeroporto.

Da quando è stato completamente ristrutturato, l'alloggio é molto apprezzato per la sua posizione e qualità. Immergiti completamente in questa casa che all'esterno ha conservato l'estetica dell'800. La suite, come gli altri due alloggi, é totalmente indipendente dal resto della casa. Purtroppo l'impianto di condizionamento Daikin è stato appena danneggiato e i centri assistenza Daikin (ai quali sono obbligato a rivolgermi) non sono riusciti ad eseguire la riparazione.

The apartment is situated at the second floor of a venetian palace, in Campo Ruga, near to the exit of the Biennale and San Pietro di Castello, 12 minutes walking from San Mark's Square.
