La mia casa si trova a Livorno, nel caratteristico quartiere di Antignano, vicino al centro e a due passi dalle splendide calette del Lungomare, perfette per un tuffo ed un bagno di sole. Base strategica per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

Ha 2 camere da letto matrimoniali, ingresso accogliente su salone con comodo divanoletto, bagno con doccia e cucina totalmente equipaggiata. Nel giardino di proprietà è situata una piscina (da giugno) e un gazebo in legno con BBQ. Recentemente ristrutturato, è l’ideale per chi ricerca la tranquillità in pieno centro, con una bellissima vista sulle campagne toscane grazie al terrazzo panoramico perfetto per una colazione al sole o un aperitivo speciale. Immerso nella parte storica della città, si raggiungono comodamente a piedi ristoranti tipici, negozi e tutte le bellezze di San Miniato. Grazie alla sua posizione centrale è l'ideale per visitare l'intera Toscana.

"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

L'alloggio è composto da 1 camera matrimoniale e 1 piccola sempre con letto matrimoniale (4 posti letto totali), salotto, cucina e un bagno con doccia e lavatrice. All'esterno si trova un'ampia veranda ombreggiata un barbecue e un tavolo da ping pong. Nella zona sono presenti negozi di beni di prima necessità e qualche ristorante. la casa è situata a 10/15 min dal centro città.

L'alloggio e' situato in un area residenziale in aperta campagna dove regna la tranquillita' Il silenzio della notte e' interrotto soltanto dai rumori degli animali notturni. L'alloggio si affaccia su una verde vallata che termina nelle giornate piu serene nel mare, e dal quale sono visibili alcuni chilometri di costa. Punto di partenza perfetto per passeggiate a piedi con sentieristica tracciata e gite in bicicletta. Parcheggio privato interno all’abitazione.

Semi-detached house with a private entrance surrounded by a forest of 15 hectares of property with spectacular sea views. The house has a private garden; the whole house has been recently renovated and all is new. The car is needed and parking is in front of the house. Attention the road that connects the house to the state road is unpaved and not suitable for cars with a very low trim
