La finca de 2 hectáreas de naranjos trepa a través de terrazas hasta el pinar de la montaña, y cuenta con una enorme piscina privada encalada. La casa es un remanso de paz con las mejores temperaturas durante todo el año, con preciosos atardeceres y a solo 5 minutos en coche de los servicios del pueblo, 20 de la playa y 40 de Valencia.

Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It's our dream and now it can be yours too
