Attico Maniace is within walking distance of great restaurants, museums, historical landmarks, shops and just 2' walk from the beach. It is an ideal base to explore Ortigia, Siracusa, the rest of Baroque Sicily and the other sites of Magna Grecia without having to pack and unpack.

La casa, recentemente ristrutturata, è a pochi passi dal Lungomare e dal tipico mercato all’aperto. La camera matrimoniale ha un delizioso balconcino che si affaccia sulla via principale, ideale per un calice di vino alla fine di una lunga giornata di vacanza. La cucina permette di mangiare a casa comodamente, dalla finestra che si apre sul ronco entra una piacevole brezza marina. Tutti i luoghi imperdibili di Ortigia sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, così come la spiaggetta di Calarossa

L'appartamento è situato al centro della città e completamente ristrutturato in stile moderno. E' dotato di ogni comfort: ampia zona living con cucina attrezzata con piano cottura ad induzione, forno elettrico, forno a microonde, bollitore, macchina caffè espresso, frigorifero e lavastoviglie; due comode stanze matrimoniali con bagno privato con doccia, bidet, set di cortesia e asciuga capelli. L’intera struttura dispone di aria condizionata, WiFi gratuito e smart Tv a schermo piatto.
