Quiet and clean home 0.1 miles to the Venetian Waterway/Legacy Trail, where you can enjoy a run or bike ride adjacent to the intercoastal. Shamrock Park, connected to the trail, has a nature center, butterfly garden, playground, tennis and basketball courts. 4.2 miles (accessible by bike) to Caspersen Beach. 3.6 miles to Venice Ave shops and restaurants. 7 miles to Wellen Park/Atlanta Braves Spring Training.

Gated and surrounded by lush scenery you will feel like you have suddenly escaped to the caribbean! The pressures of the world melt away as you get your first glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico. Eclectic design with mostly Caribbean influences. Marble floors, tile counter tops and a large shower with a sit down bench. Walk the custom pathways which reveal beautiful orchids and exotic plants. If rented for less than 30 days, we will block off the rest of the calendar days in that 30-day period.
