THIS CHEERFUL HOME is in a perfect location.We are a quick car or a leisurely bike ride from several beaches. Additionally, this home is across from Shamrock Park which is full of biking and walking trails with access to the Venetian Waterway & Legacy Trails. Our home features a screened-in lanai with comfy furniture and French doors that open up the area, award winning Casper mattresses, top grain leather furniture, 65" UHD Smart TV w/ Xfinity cable, high speed internet and granite countertops.

Feel right at home at this unique and tranquil getaway. The house is near everything! Quiet and clean home 0.1 miles to the Venetian Waterway/Legacy Trail, where you can enjoy a run or bike ride adjacent to the intercoastal. Shamrock Park, connected to the trail, has a nature center, butterfly garden, playground, tennis and basketball courts. 4.2 miles (accessible by bike) to Caspersen Beach. 3.6 miles to Venice Ave shops and restaurants. 7 miles to Wellen Park/Atlanta Braves Spring Training.

Gulf front romantic cottage in paradise

Gated and surrounded by lush scenery you will feel like you have suddenly escaped to the caribbean! The pressures of the world melt away as you get your first glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico. Eclectic design with mostly Caribbean influences. Marble floors, tile counter tops and a large shower with a sit down bench. Walk the custom pathways which reveal beautiful orchids and exotic plants. The property is gated and has a secure backyard. Walk just steps onto the powdered beach sand and Gulf of Mexico. Property is a 30-day minimum. Minimum night rent is 7 nights. If rented for less than 30 days, we will block off the rest of the calendar days in that 30-day period.
