Villa Piandarca-"Sole"-Tuscany-Chianti-pool

The Sole apartment is situated in the heart of our estate. It has total living area of 40mq in which you will find extremely comfortable and well kept rooms, including 4 sleeping accomodations, a bedroom, a bathroom and kitchen. The external pergola, full of colorful flowers, is the best feature of the apartment down here you can spend some relaxing summer evenings. The swimming pool is completely salt, 6x12, with a variable depth from 80cm to 2,30m. It can be used by our guests at any time.

Casa Arturo, a stone's throw from the center

The apartment is a bright and quiet two-room apartment just a few minutes from the lively San Frediano district. Ideal for 2 people, but also for lone travelers or on business trips. Located on the third floor, it enjoys a splendid view of the left bank of the Arno river. Featuring a balcony and an equipped kitchen and located in an area full of services, a 15-minute walk from the historic center. For those arriving by car it is possible to park in the area on the blue lines (for a fee).

The Lazy Oak

Perched on a hillside above the Valdarno area, between the cities of Florence, Arezzo and Siena, the Lazy Oak villa is surrounded by acres of olive groves. The main house on two level has been fitted with bedrooms, bathrooms and new kitchen whilst retaining its old terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. A dining loggia for al fresco meals enjoys a breathtaking view of the countryside. The infinity pool is set just a few steps from the house on a green terrace furnished with loungers.

This is a refined double-volume apartment, ideal for a couple, but also for a family with 1-2 children. On the lower floor, there is the kitchen and the living room with a sofa (which can turn into a comfortable double bed), and on the upper floor, the double bed with a bathroom divided into 3 zones, making it unique. The room is characterised by shades of blue, and in respect of its historicity, the original stuccos on the ancient cross-vaulted ceilings have been preserved.
