Il canto di ghiandaie e cucù faranno da colonna sonora al soggiorno mentre i caprioli brucano tra gli olivi. E' inclusa una colazione base all'italiana (caffè, tè, latte, biscotti ecc.), se invece preferite una colazione più ricca e servita al tavolo il costo è 15€ a persona (10€ da 5 a 15 anni, gratis meno di 5 anni). PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL (which is located a few tens of meters from the villa in its own land ) and JACUZZI (located in the garden of the villa ) are open for our guests from June until the end of September.

The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

Taking a break amongst nature and culture

The property is situated in the hills of Tuscany, just 30 minutes from Florence, in an area that is rarely visited by tourists and which still retains its traditional Tuscan charm. It is an old stone farmhouse, originally built as the summer residence of the local Bishop. The large house is subdivided into two parts; guests will be using the main portion of the house, while a smaller part is kept empty but not available for guests.
