The Marquis -Curated Designer Apartment near Beach

Start planning your BBQ on the private patio - the perfect place to stay with your loved ones. Enjoy the comfort of this very spacious apartment, with an open-plan living area, an enormous kitchen, mid-century modern aesthetic, designer furnishings, and an outdoor dining space. You can relax or work from home, be inspired by the peace of the setting, and take a beautiful daily walk/run along the park and the beach. Just steps from the farmers market, pharmacy, supermarkets and several top restaurants with take out alternatives. The Marquis is your spacious sunny home, away from home. With its high-end interior design and modern amenities, the beautiful The Marquis will ensure your complete comfort and reenergising. A spacious living room, large kitchen with modern appliances and a king-bed bedroom and bathroom. Looking over the park, with spectacular sunset views from the living room. The house is at the heart of the historic center of Oeiras, a typical Portuguese town - pedestrian streets, farmers market, bakery, cafes, local shops, public library, parks and, of course, the beach and the marina. Prepare for sleeping well, listening to the birds in the morning and the church bell (only during the day). You will also have access to the use of our relaxing outdoor patio, complete with BBQ, table, chairs and an outdoors couch. Bring your book and a refreshing drink - life is good. We and our two children live next door, so you can be assured we will be around to cater to any question or need. We love meeting new people but we're also happy to just give you your keys and some recommendations and leave you alone to explore and relax. We'll be your perfect neighbours, out of your way but around in case you need anything! Oeiras historic center is a gem we fell in love with in 2015 when we returned to Portugal. A beautiful safe town on a sandy beach, with cobblestone streets where you can walk or cycle, a perfect sense of community, lots of History with the Palace, the church, the well kept romantic parks, fabulous and diverse food options (traditional and modern), art galleries, theaters, markets, museums, the marina with all its outdoor and ocean options, and less than 20 minutes from downtown Lisbon, Sintra and Cascais. Some call it Lisbon's beach district, we call it home. Mountain Beach House

Relaxe ao som da natureza na acolhedora Mountain Beach House. Ampla, com bastante luz natural, um espaçoso jardim e piscina (entre Maio e Outubro). É ideal para churrascos e finais de tarde ou para pequenos-almoços com vista para a Serra. A casa tem quatro quartos, duas casas de banho completas e um WC. Um dos quartos é suite. Três dos quartos têm opção de ter camas de casal ou solteiro. O jardim é espaçoso e tem uma orientação Noroeste o que faz com que seja ideal para apanhar sol perto da piscina durante quase todo o dia, especialmente a partir do meio-dia. Quem se ocupará de receber os hospedes é o José Zanatti, responsável do alojamento, que divide a vida pelo ar e o mar, sendo comissário de bordo e professor de surf nas horas vagas. Quando o José não tiver disponibilidade, os restantes membros da família terão todo o gosto de os receber. Localizada numa área bastante calma, próxima do centro comercial CascaiShopping, das praias da linha de Cascais e da Serra de Sintra. Perto de comércio, pastelarias e cafés. A 4Km do Golfe do Estoril, a 5Km do Penha Longa Atlântico Golf course, a 6Km do Golfe da Beloura e do Pestana Sintra Golfe. A casa é ideal para quem tem transporte próprio pois os acessos a variadas localidades e auto-estradas são bons e rápidos. Pode também deslocar-se de carro até ao paredão do Estoril-Cascais e passear a pé perto do mar a uma distância de 5 minutos de carro. Para passeios a pé na Serra de Sintra, a Lagoa Azul encontra-se a 10 minutos de carro. Para ir até Lisboa existe um comboio ao longo da Linha de Cascais que demora entre 30/40 minutos a fazer o acesso entre Estoril (estação mais próxima do alojamento) e Lisboa (Cais-do-Sodré). De Uber Cascais fica a uma viagem de 8€, Sintra fica a 11€. A suite, no andar de cima, está permanentemente equipada com cama de casal - quarto Peninha, os restantes três quartos, dois no andar de cima e o outro no andar de baixo, têm a possibilidade de ter a configuração de cama de casal ou duas camas de solteiro, conforme a necessidade dos hóspedes.

Warmly Decorated Loft with an Ocean View

High end loft, comparable to a 5 stars hotel. the complete Loft. Ill make digital tours via whatsapp or other similar app, and i send sugestions and advices every day. 24 h avalible. The apartment is in an excellent neighborhood, close to the train station and the beach. Here it's like 1960. Extremely safe. It represents the good old Portugal. 3 minutes walk to the train station, and a road to lisbon in 35 minutes. The ocean is 3 minutes away. Wonderfull beatch. Praia das Avencas. Any special needs, i personaly ill take care.
