Appartamento appena ristrutturato in pieno centro a due passi da Piazza Maggiore. L'appartamento su due livelli è composto da due stanze da letto con rispettivi bagni, salone con cucina al piano inferiore, due terrazzini (uno per piano), un soppalco e una lavanderia. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort e dispone di posto auto coperto nell'edificio. Dall'appartamento si può ammirare una splendida vista sui tetti di Bologna, Torre degli Asinelli e San Petronio compresi e sui colli bolognesi

L'appartamento è situato al quarto e ultimo piano di un antico palazzo storico, Casa Claudini, a pochi passi dalle Due Torri e da piazza S. Stefano. La particolarità della casa è che affaccia su giardini interni e sui tetti della città, dunque luminosa, silenziosa e lontana dal traffico della strada seppur in pieno centro! La posizione è davvero strategica, circondata da bar, ristoranti e negozi, si trova a due passi dai più importanti musei e teatri, nonchè a 10 minuti dalla zona universitaria.

Delightful ground floor apartment in an elegant and historic building from the 1400s. Equipped with every comfort, kitchen, TV (Satellite), wi-fi and washing machine, it is ideal for your stay in a strategic and central location, but quiet and peaceful. Only us and two other families live in the building, so it is very quiet and peaceful. We personally take care of the check-in, during which we are available for any information and suggestions for visiting the city

Cozy hilltop retreat w/ midcentury decor fully AC

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The house, decorated with mid century design & furniture and fully air conditioned, has 4 sleeping rooms and 5 bathrooms. Please note: you need a car to reach us and to enjoy the area.
