Splendido appartamento al primo piano in palazzina da due piani .Zona centrale. Tutte le finestre e il balcone affacciano sul mare. Pavimento in parquet rovere sbiancato. Arredi moderni e di ottima fattura. Appartamento molto silenzioso . Basta scendere pochi scalini per trovarsi in spiaggia libera o attrezzata. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti supermercati ( Conad , Dok, Eurospin ed altri ) . Sono inoltre presenti piccoli ristoranti, bar e pizzerie .Perfetto per tutti i periodi dell'anno.

E' servita da mezzi pubblici, ma al di fuori dal traffico e da rumori. Piena di luce, ha una cucina comoda con caminetto e comodi letti. E' adatta a coppie, a chi viaggia per lavoro, per famiglie con bimbi (possibile aggiunta lettino bebè) e a gruppi di amici; sono benvenuti anche gli amici animali domestici.
