Sandhills Getaway!

This very comfortable home on a long cul-de-sac sits on a half-acre in a rural setting, surrounded by towering pines and fishing ponds. It's 15 minutes from the famous golf village of Pinehurst; 30 minutes from Fort Bragg, USA's largest military base; and 20 minutes from the Pottery Highway. It features new interior paint and landscaping as of 2023 (with a backyard firepit). It sleeps 10 (8 adults) comfortably. Smoking/vaping is prohibited except at the firepit; charge for smoking, $300 or more.

A very nice place to stay! Nestled in a peaceful, yet convenient area near Pinehurst "home of golf", North Carolina, our cottage invites the traveler to a pleasantly rustic setting. Charming 1 bedroom guesthouse on 4 acres, hot tub

Our guesthouse sits on 4 quiet fenced acres about 100 feet from our home. We are about 15 minutes from Pinehurst. Our large, friendly dogs greet you upon arrival and share the same fenced area as the guesthouse. Our barn conversion has a full kitchen, a queen bed and small sofa bed. Coffee maker, wine fridge, fire pit with Adirondack chairs for evening glass of wine or to watch the fireflies. Saltwater pool from mid-May to Mid- Sep. Private two-person hot tub. Pet fee for dogs. sorry, no cats.

The bedroom features a king-size bed for two adults and an infant, while the living room has a queen sleeper sofa for one adult or two children. With a fully equipped kitchen, workspace, bathroom, laundry room, and enclosed yard, it’s perfect for any stay.

Location! Cozy efficiency located in the heart of Golf And Horse country! Just 30 seconds (for real) to the main traffic circle which takes you to great restaurants, shopping, hospital (FirstHealth Moore Regional 1.5 miles away) and, of course, golfing!! The efficiency offers a private entrance, full bed, bathroom w/ shower, kitchenette, desk area, and outdoor seating. It is attached to my home so there is daily activity, but we welcome friendly engagement and will respect your privacy.

Take in the landscape, complete with horses & cows, or retire to your exclusive guest house, complete with full kitchen, refrigerator, and washer & dryer. This one big room guest house has a king bed & queen sofa bed, and comes with your own door code, parking space, and private, fenced-in back yard for your pets. (pet fee applies).

Enjoy your Pinehurst stay in the family-friendly neighborhood of Village acres. The area is surrounded by The Greenway pedestrian and bicycling trail. The house is situated within 2 miles of downtown Pinehurst, Camelot Park, and Rassie Wicker Park, and is a short drive away from any of the many wonderful golf courses that Pinehurst has to offer. It was recently remodeled, is well furnished, and we are constantly striving to upgrade and improve the space to make for a comfortable stay!

Three blocks by foot, bicycle or golf cart from the Carolina Hotel, deemed in 1901 the “Queen of South”, with its fine dining, entertainment, highly acclaimed “Spa at Pinehurst”, restaurants and shops of Pinehurst Village. Straight down from this grand resort by lovely promenade is the world-famous Pinehurst Country Club and renown “Number 2” championship golf course. A few blocks further, the 111 acre equestrian facility and historic Pinehurst Harness Track.

Marion Acres is conveniently located within 5 minutes of the Carolina Horse Park, and about 10-15 minutes from Southern Pines, Raeford, Aberdeen, and Pinehurst. This home is completely private, set back on the edge of Fort Bragg. Pets are welcome! Our location easily accommodates large vehicles and pull behind trailers. Experience all the comforts of home in our peaceful little farmhouse!
