Our guesthouse is ready to host the most discerning traveler. You will appreciate the clean private guesthouse that is located on a quiet neighborhood street in a newer central subdivision that is close to all that SW Missouri has to offer. Please note that we offer a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils in the kitchen area, there is no stove/ oven. Parties and events are not allowed. Any extra guests need to have prior approval from the host before they arrive on site.

The fireplace can crackle & burn with or without heat, so you can feel cozy even when it's hot out. The kitchen is perfection & well stocked with all you need.

The Studio on Hazel

This cozy boho themed duplex is located in Carthage, Missouri. It is a fully furnished studio that includes 1 queen bed, and a new innerspring full futon mattress. It has a newly updated bathroom, spacious kitchen, a work area, and high speed internet. A 55” Vizio Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, etc located in living room. Old Missouri Farm

Newly remodeled, 120 yr old farm house and cattle ranch on 125 acres of Ozark fields and forest off historic Route 66 Highway. We welcome those who can stay just one night or those who want to stay longer. Hike in our woods, view wildlife, enjoy a bonfire, or just sit on the porch and relax! We have an Activity Barn with all sorts of outdoor gear/toys. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and we are close to the historic town of Carthage where there are several great restaurants.

Country Cottage at Ozark Highlands Farm

Come relax, refresh, romance, or retreat in our quaint (rustic) 900 sq ft stone cottage on our working farm, perfect for a weekend getaway or for longer term lodging (with a significant discount,) and easily accessed off I-44/49 east of Joplin & south of Carthage. This 1880's storefront studio has been completely renovated and is located steps from the Historic Route 66 and the beautiful Carthage square. It's within walking distance to the Civil War Museum, YMCA, bowling, antique shops, boutiques, salons, coffee shop, and restaurants. It boasts a queen bed, loft bed, sofa bed, compact full kitchen, a vanity area, luxurious walk-in shower, and a toilet closet.

The Treehouse Galena Kansas

Stairs and dock are available for easy access to the river. Great fishing. Kayaks and canoe available also tubes for floating. Continental breakfast, lots of drinks and snacks.
