Charlesworth Cottage

Relax with the family at this peaceful little cottage hidden away but close to many amenities. It’s 10 minutes from Indiana Beach, 30 minutes from Purdue University, and just a short walk to the Madam Carroll and Sportsman restaurant. It has a friendly neighborhood and includes a dock walking distance from the home. The kids can swim in shallow areas of the dock. This place is where you will be able to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. May you be blessed by your experience.

Get away from it all in this quaint 3 bdrm cottage (on the canal / inlet) leading into lake freeman. peaceful views, fantastic deck with fishing access. No direct swimming access. Conveniently located - walking distance to Madam Carroll, Sportsman, Kopecetic Beer Factory. Indiana Beach - less than 15 min. Purdue 30 min. Feel right at home & ready to relax! Sit around the quiet firepit, You wont want to leave the lake life! Friendly Neighborhood is walkable or bring a bike to enjoy.

Sunset Cabin

Unique tranquil Winter get away. ❄️☃️Built in 1931 is a very authentic rustic cabin , full of love and gives you a feeling of what it would be like to live in 1931 yet a few luxuries for todays world. The cabin is small & cozy, queen size bed in bedroom, full size sofa bed , 2 small futons in loft that would sleep 2 kids. Sleep 6 if 2 of guest were kids or young teens . Close by Madam Carroll ,Indiana Beach, Summer Beach House beach & Tall Timbers. 27 miles to Purdue !

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Open views of water and nature await you from this home above the water. Located up on a hill with room for all your family, this is a perfect place for a lake retreat. Enjoy a private setting on a social lake as you look out on the trees and water. Sit out on the deck and watch the birds. Feed the ducks and the fish in the lake. The water below is perfect for little kids and big ones alike.

Located on Main Lake Freeman with gorgeous views and updated floor plan and style. Enjoy lake access with Pergola Patio,Propane Grill, Fire Pit, and gradual sandy lake access with Dock. Enjoy watching the Madam Carroll cruise by daily while cooking out. Probably the best patio for drinking morning coffee in the entire Midwest! Under 15 Minute drive to Indiana Beach and under 10 minutes to beautiful down town Monticello, IN.

Cottage on Lake Freeman

3bedroom 1bath living room along w dining room full kitchen and laundry room. 65 ft of water frontage with dock. there is a gas grill along w fire pit on deck with lots of seating. We also have a tiki bar. THIS IS A HOUSE RENTAL ONLY. We have our personal electric boat lifts you can use when renting the house. 65ft of shore front that is exclusive and private to abnb renters for laying out and swimming.

This beautiful decorated cottage is perfect for a family or group. There is lots of indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy the view of the lake and watching the bald eagles soar any time of the year. This location is close to Indiana Beach Amusement Park, Wineries, Stores, Restaurants and parks. There is a Firm, no party and no pet house rule.
