Brand new vacation home! Very close to Purdue, Ross Ade Stadium, Mackey. Arena, and Golf course. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Spacious deck, fire pit, large fenced backyard with gas grill. Cozy sunroom, smart TVs with Netflix. A cute toddler bed for young kid in the family. The whole house is newly remodeled. Pets welcome. New ping pong table and arcade with 14 games in the basement provide the perfect entertainment for everyone! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Family Friendly Purdue Themed Home

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Walking distance from Mackey Arena and Rose Ade Stadium. Remodeled interior with upgrades and modern finishes. Granite countertops, new flooring, natural light, kitchen with all new appliances. 2-minute drive to restaurants, bars, movie theaters, and everything Purdue. High-speed internet/cable/smart TVs. Three bedrooms located upstairs. A large table in the dining room can seat 8 for a wonderful gathering. If interested in a long-term rental, please reach out!

Comfy 3 bedroom just 2.5 miles from Purdue

Room for the whole family in this 3 bed, 2.5 bath home with 2 separate living rooms. Fully stocked with all the necessities! Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood about 2.5 miles from Ross-Ade and Mackey. 1/2 mile from Walmart, Meijer grocery, and many restaurants. Privacy fenced back yard with gas grill and fire pit. Accessibility: This is a 2 story home. All 3 bedrooms and both full baths are located upstairs. The half bath (no shower) and sleeper sofa are located on the main floor.

Enjoy this beautiful spacious home designed by local architect Thomas Walgamuth. Located on a quiet 2 acre lot. Just mins from Purdue campus and downtown Lafayette. This home provides tons of amenities, including spa like master suite with private cozy sitting area with firplace, and game room for all ages, including arcade game, foose ball, xbox and more.
