We very much enjoyed our quiet little stay . The house was very clean . Loved the little things on the walls , so cozy and the pictures were just a great touch to house . Loved the drift wood idea . Location to the Marina was perfect .

The host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! We fell in love with this house and the beautiful view!

We had a wonderful stay. We were able to spend time with family and take in the local scene in Eureka Springs. Would do it all over again and stay in the same place.

Barbara’s place was perfect for my family, we felt right at home. It was clean, the beds comfortable and she provided all the necessities. We enjoyed coffee on the deck every morning and look forward to staying here again.

My group loved staying here!! The property was absolutely beautiful, and the home was spacious. There were multiple sitting areas, and each bedroom has at least 1 queen sized bed in it. The bathroom upstairs was huge, the perfect size for a large group of girls to get ready together in! The kitchen was large enough to cook and hang out in with a group, which was nice. There were ample towels and pillows. Things were clean, and the AC/heat worked well. The basement got *really* cold though, so bring your own extra blanket! There was a large washer and dryer in the home as well,, which is a nice amenity when the home hold so many people. The location is hidden and very private, and has a huge pool in the backyard. Overall, this was an amazing Airbnb! We are already talking about going back over the summer when the pool is open. Aspen was very prompt with answering any questions we had, she was a great host.

A WONDERFUL place. Clean with lots of room. Beautiful view out back. Grill is amazing... VERY nice. Kitchen is loaded with everything you cold need to cook. Hot tub looked nice and clean, although we didn't use it. Beds are very comfy. Clean linens and towels. Good water pressure and plenty warm. Back deck is large with plenty of places to sit. Also a nice front porch to enjoy coffee in the morning. Overall, a great find... and only 20min from Eureka Springs!

The house was great and we loved the house. The only thing we had trouble with was the instructions on getting to the house. My phone had trouble taking us to the address as stated and we had trouble finding it. But once we found it, the house was great and we had a wonderful time.

This place was very private and the path to get there is beautiful. The inside was very well kept and organized. My favorite things was the book of instructions that made check in and check out policy very clear. The renters were very helpful with any issues I had. I will say there are PLENTY of spiders but all are on the outside. I thought of mentioning it to the renters but in the binder they left for us it clearly states how they have had the house sprayed and they have very little control over the spiders due to the location being in the woods/mountains (which is worth it). They also never bothered us anyway. I would absolutely rent here again, very good experience!

Three Couples enjoyed a Valentine weekend. Erin is a very responsive host. Everything was communicated clearly. All was as described. Home was Beautiful, Comfortable and well appointed, with plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. Separately climate controlled rooms. The views of Beaver Lake and accompaning bluffs were beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed watching American Balls Eagles fleet around the area. Plenty of outdoor accommodations for daily walks. Convenient to both Eureka Springs and Holiday Island. Will definitely schedule return trips!

A beautiful place over looking beautiful beaver lake. The house had good parking for 5 cars and plenty of room for our group. I will definitely try to book this place again next year. It just needed a boat dock and it would have been the perfect place.

This house was beautiful, quiet and very secluded. It perfect for my family and my sons 30th birthday get together. We enjoyed it very much!

We had a great trip to Eureka Springs. The house was just as described and a close walk to downtown Eureka. We had zero problems and everything worked as described. We will definitely stay again when we are in Eureka Springs.

The house is beautiful and spacious. I loved that everyone in my family had something to do. They have family friendly games as well as activities for my toddlers to do in an activity drawer. While sitting on the back porch we saw 3 deer come right below us nightly. The water is less than 5 minutes away and you can see the water from the front of the house. The fully stocked kitchen utensils were a huge bonus for our family who likes to cook. Very short drive from downtown Eureka Springs. The hosts were very friendly when we had questions. Overall great stay and we plan on coming back and recommending them to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Had a wonderful stay in the Tree House celebrating a weekend together with my daughters! It is nestled on a very private picturesque property with beautiful views of mountains and a beautiful church steeple in the valley. Views can be seen from the deck or while inside in open kitchen and living room. Much detail to making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We all agree we would want to come back again!

Only concern was the steep driveway. Being from the south, this driveway needs a truck or SUV to manage getting up the two areas needed to exit the driveway

Lake Heaven provided a relaxing and peaceful environment with beautiful mountain and lake vistas. Our stay was during Thanksgiving week, therefore we did not participate in the available boating/water activities., so in the evenings we enjoyed the double-sided fireplace using the firewood provided. The house itself has a bottom floor filled with a game area for teenage children to enjoy during inclement weather. On that note, be aware since you are in the mountains, the WiFi exist, yet it is NOT STRONG AT ALL, therefore not many individuals can “pull” on the signal at one time. This home was super supplied for our week stay. The only true negative was the fact that the freezer to the kitchen refrigerator was not working. It would have been helpful to know this upon arrival, along with the fact that there was a second refrigerator downstairs with a working freezer. All in all, we would return in a heartbeat.

This home was a perfect large extended family getaway trip. The home is very spacious. Beautiful, open views of Beaver Lake. Absolutely no noise and never heard neighbors. The inside is roomy and inviting. Lots of seating and relaxing areas. If you’re looking for a place to be secluded and relax this is the place. It is located close to Eureka Springs however be prepared to have extremely long restaurant waits OR have your own food supply. I would stay here again.

Our family stayed here for a few days over spring break and we had a fantastic stay. Karen was very communicative and even let us check in early on our day of arrival. This home is exactly as pictured and is incredibly comfortable. This house felt no different than the accommodations we had during our last visit to France (I mean this in the best way possible!), it legitimately feels like a slice of France in the heart of the U.S. We found ourselves spending a lot of time in the kitchen (my husband loves to cook) and on the back patio. It's very quiet and peaceful here and very close to downtown Eureka. I highly recommend this beautiful home!

We had a great stay at this property! We enjoyed getting to spread out with all the room it offers. Beds were very comfortable. We easily made day trips to Bentonville, Eureka Springs, and even over to Branson. We would definitely book this property again! Thank you!

This was our family’s yearly three generation vacation, and it is not always easy to make all of us happy, but we all had a wonderful time. The kitchen was very well supplied and there were more than plenty of dishes, glasses and utensils. There were books and games for the children and a pack and play and highchair were available. Countless hours were spent on the lake and it is great fun jumping off the dock. The grandparents enjoyed having the peace and quiet to retreat to after a fun activity. Katie was extremely responsive when we needed her. She provided so many recommendations for activities and restaurants, and we found all of them very enjoyable. Without a doubt, this is one of the best stays we have ever had!

Great location to downtown, beautiful home. nice upstairs, deck, large bedrooms. Plenty of room for me and my crew large two car garage extra deep Would definitely stay again Roads to the home are all paved.
