L'appartamento, adiacente alla nostra casa, vuole essere una base confortevole per scoprire la nostra meravigliosa terra ligure! Brugnato, vivace borgo con tutti i servizi necessari per un soggiorno comodo ma tranquillo, il suo centro storico piacevole e colorato con ristoranti e bar si anima nelle fresche serate estive, l'uscita dell'autostrada e la vicinanza con la riviera permettono di raggiungere facilmente rinomate e insolite mete che io e mia moglie Ilaria avremmo cura di consigliarvi!

La casa, molto accogliente, si trova a mezza costa ed è circondata da un ampio uliveto con vista panoramica sulle colline e sul mare di Framura, vicino alle Cinque Terre . Gli spazi esterni sono pensati per trascorrere momenti di assoluto relax nella terrazza attrezzata, sotto la pergola o nella zona wellness riscaldata con vasca idromassaggio doccia e bagno turco. Una zona barbecue dotata anche di forno a legna per pizza consentirà agli appassionati di organizzare piacevoli cene all'aperto.

Nell'antico borgo di Orturano, offriamo bilocale su due piani affacciato su una grande terrazza in pietra "la Loggia Grande" sovrastante la valle del Magra e i suoi castelli, solarium di giorno e punto privilegiato per la contemplazione del cielo stellato di notte. Al centro di numerosi tracciati trekking e mtb, nelle vicinanze di borghi e cittadine medievali, a 35 km dalle spiagge liguri e toscane. A 2 km passa la via del Volto Santo (Bagnone) e a 4 la via Francigena (Filetto).

La casa si trova all’interno del borgo di San Saturnino circondato da vigneti, ulivi che arrivano fino al mare e limoni profumatissimi, ideale per gli amanti del relax nella natura, ma senza rinunciare alle comodità del centro e della spiaggia a soli 5 minuti in macchina oppure 10 minuti con la navetta.

Mellifluous - Lovely apartment with a patio.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Mellifluous is located in Via Telemaco Signorini, and its reachable by a 5 minute walk from the train station, or you can just take the elevator at the square of the train station of Riomaggiore and come to the first floor (there is only Floor 1 and 0) and immediately find yourself in front of Mellifluous!
