Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Cosy Studio next to Paris LaDéfense

My studio is a 7 minute walk from the station RER A Nanterre Ville and bus stops. It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

Cuisine US, pièce à vivre, salle d'eau/WC. Prix 42€ par jour. Le linge de maison est fourni (Draps, serviettes de toilette, torchons etc..). Appartement très clair (62 m2) pour 4 personnes, au 1er étage d'une maison calme dans centre ville de Nanterre, proche des commerces, de "Paris la Défense Arena"( épreuves de natation aux JO), de l'espace Chevreul, du théâtre des Amandiers et de l'école de danse de l'Opéra de Paris. A 10 min à pied du RER A "Nanterre Ville" pour Paris et La Défense. Belle luminosité avec vue sur jardin. Cuisine équipée, salon/salle à manger,2 chambres avec lit double, 1 sdb avec douche et 1 WC séparé .

Idéalement placé à la Garenne-Colombes puisque à 2 pas du centre-ville et de la « rue Voltaire » qui propose nombre de commerces et restaurants. Possibilité de place de parking mais en faire la demande pour vous assurer de sa disponibilité. Dans une rue calme je vous propose ce studio en état neuf qui loge jusqu’à 4 personnes. Le Tram T2 station "Les Fauvelles" est à 9mn à pied et vous permet de rejoindre la tour Eiffel en 45mn et et les Champs Elysées à 30mn.

Warm, very bright 135m2 big apartment with terrace and breathtaking panoramic view over Paris on the 26 floors of a prestigious residence on the banks of the Seine, 10 minutes from the Champs Elysees and at the gateway to the La Defense business district. Residential area close to all shops. I do not accept any form of party in my apartment, please do not contact me about this! (only a quiet diner or drinks can be accept)

Le Vésinet est une ville parc, vous vivrez dans un cadre résidentiel, loin du bruit. Notre souhait : que vous vous sentiez chez vous chez nous dans notre 'Petite Maison' blottie au calme dans la nature, vous dînerez l'été sur la terrasse. Une jolie petite maison avec jardin très proche de Paris. 15 min de La Défense - 30 min de la Tour Eiffel. Capacité 3 personnes (1 chambre + 1 mezzanine) avec vue sur le jardin, cuisine américaine, salle de douche. Quartier résidentiel came avec plein de commerces à proximité. Climatisation + connexion internet parfaite (fibre).
