This small 128 sq ft tiny house is packed with charm. Situated on a serene 5 acre wooded property, its a short drive to Hillsborough (10 min), Chapel Hill (15) and Durham (15). I wanted to create a space where guests can take time to rest and reset. The house is cozy, stylish, and surprisingly spacious. Its well appointed with all the amenities to feel like home. Take a step outside and you'll be surrounded by old hardwood trees and the soothing sounds of nature that make life here so peaceful

Carrboro/Chapel Hill/UNC Studio

This stylish studio is a 5 min drive to downtown Carrboro and Chapel Hill. Weatherhill Townhomes are secluded and have easy parking. There is a king-sized bed for maximum comfort, and the couch can sleep one additional guest if needed. Enjoy the kitchen and having a bathroom all to yourself! This private basement unit overlooks the forest, which provides a lovely view any time of year. To that end, remember to bring a laptop if you want screen time (no tv here, but there is private internet!).

Charming 1-bedroom snuggled away 3 miles from UNC. Lots of character + natural light. Free bus stop across the street. It's on the highway, behind a privacy fence and trees so the traffic noise is muted. Great for UNC games, the hospital, and visiting students. The Chapel Hill Forest House

Book this incredible tiny house for the perfect romantic getaway in the heart of Chapel Hill! It sits in a private forest full of wildlife but is only a 5-minute walk to Franklin Street and the UNC campus. Enjoy amazing views from the floor-to-ceiling windows of foxes and deer playing on the lawn. Lounge on the wall-to-wall hammock as you gaze at the trees through the skylights. Unwind with a movie in bed played on our massive projector. There's nothing like this anywhere in the Triangle!

Our guest house is tucked behind our house on a bus line to UNC, walking distance to The Cat’s Cradle, the farmer’s market, and downtown. You will be welcomed by our two Cattle Dogs, and maybe some of our five cats (none allowed in the guest house). The house sleeps four in two cozy queen-sized bedrooms. Access to a Tesla charger.

Steps away from the liveliness of downtown Carrboro, the apartment feels like a sanctuary nestled in natural surroundings. The carefully scaled and designed smaller space, natural wood, and connection to nature rejuvenates the soul, allowing one to be present in a slower, relaxed, and gentle way. The upstairs, loft bedroom has a queen bed, desk, and many windows bringing in sunlight and views of trees. Downstairs is a small living area, kitchen, dining space, and bathroom.

Come get away from it all—while conveniently close to everything—at Laurel Branch Gardens, a 12-acre farm that uses organic growing practices. About 100 yards from the farm house, the cabin is a renovated tobacco barn with a sleeping loft, full kitchen, bathroom (with a shower and composting toilet), and living area. Meet the pigs and chickens. Lay in the hammock. Listen to bird calls. During June and July u-pick blueberries will be available for harvest for $3.50/lbs.
