Sie liegt ruhig auf einem 6.000 m² großen Grundstück im Umland von Carovigno. Strände und Restaurants in Santa Sabina sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Carovigno sind schnell erreichbar. Auch Ostuni, die „Weiße Stadt“, liegt nur etwa 15 Minuten entfernt. Für Komfort zu jeder Jahreszeit ist gesorgt: Gaszentralheizung und Kaminofen im Winter, Klimaanlagen im Sommer.
