This home is centrally located just steps from the pool, Redbud park, pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts. You will arrive to a relaxing screened-in porch complete with a cozy fireplace, hanging chairs, and an outdoor dining table. The interior includes a spacious loft area with three built-in bunk beds and a play area. Two razor scooters provided.

Walk out the front to a beautiful green space with fire pit, picnic tables, waterfall, space to run & play. Less than 2 min to the beach, Mama Tigs, Food Trucks, Sand Volleyball, Shops, Boardwalk Pool & Pool by the lake! With 2 masters, one on the main & the second floor that walks out to a covered deck! Located 7 miles south of Eufaula, 3 miles to a nice boat ramp, 2 miles to Carlton Landing. 25 miles from McAlester for great shopping & dining.
