Jackalope Suite-Downtown on Chadbourne

From the 1940’s our building is one of the few remaining original second story residences built over a 1st story business. Downtown, this suite is walkable: coffee shops, bars, restaurants, art galleries, yoga studio. 2 blocks to Shannon Medical Center. 350sf for 1 or 2 people. Includes a queen bed, full bath, fold down dining table, fridge, microwave, toaster oven and a hot plate. Open concept with lots of light. No living room/seating area but perfect if you're on a budget and on the go!

The Sunflower House is a fantastic home located in a quiet, central, easily accessible and safe neighborhood with quick access to all areas of the city. Open floor plan.
