Nestled beside a 14th-century Abbey & overlooking a prime salmon fishing river, this is a location that blends charm & character in equal measure. Fancy a drink or a game of pool? Lovely self-catering apartment in city centre

Part of the beauty of Woodend is even though you are surrounded by fields, it’s only a stroll into Dumfries town centre (20 mins) where you will find pubs, restaurants and shopping.

The cottage provides a great base from which to enjoy the many cultural and outdoor activities available in the immediate locality.
