Villa Leoni in Santa Teresa di Gallura ist kein typisches Ferienhaus. Ihre wellige Architektur weist Kurven auf, die an die Wellen des Ozeans, die ikonischen Nuraghen und den organischen Stil der Costa Smeralda erinnern. Einzigartig ist auch ihre Blick auf den Hafen, das Stadtzentrum und Korsika, das nur 8 km über die Straße von Bonifacio entfernt ist, und die hauseigene Autoelektroladestation, die 2 E-bikes und 3 Fahrräder. Kernsanierung Sommer 2020; Fertigstellung des neuen Pools: Mai 2021.

Questa piccola moderna villa è circondata da grandi finestre che vi permetteranno di sentirvi totalmente immersi nella nautura. Il silenzio è totale e la privacy assoluta. Gli ospiti avranno a disposizione la piscina ad uso esclusivo e un posto auto privato. Qui ritroverete la pace dei sensi. Ci troviamo a poca distanza dalle spiagge più famose della Costa Smeralda, a circa 5 minuti di macchina da Porto Rotondo e 25 da Porto Cervo. L'aeroporto di Olbia dista 15 minuti. La posizione è ottima.

caratteristico stazzo sardo rifinito con pregiati materiali, dotato di tutti i confort. gode di un bellissimo panorama sul lago del liscia, ampio spazio verde per trascorrere giornate all insegna del relax..ideale per chi pratica la pesca, sport come canoa serf.. a pochi km si trova l ulivo millenario S'OZASTRU DE SANTU BALTOLU. si possono fare escursioni sul massiccio del limbara a 1360 mt. a 10km troviamo Calangianus con il suo rinomato e prestigioso museo del sughero e le tombe dei giganti.

Splendido appartamento finemente arredato, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia del paese. Situato al primo piano, è separato da due stanze indipendenti con corridoio in comune. Soggiorno, cucina e veranda, tutti con vista mare. Salendo una comoda scala a chiocciola, si accede alla camera matrimoniale con bagno e un ampio terrazzo con vista mozzafiato. Tutti gli ambienti sono dotati di aria condizionata e wi-fi. Bar, ristoranti, gelaterie, minimarket, farmacia si trovano nelle immediate vicinanze.

Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

[New Apartment in the Historic Center]

Newly renovated apartment, quiet and peaceful, located in the historic center of La Maddalena, on the second floor (no elevator) of a historic building. It features two bedrooms — one with a double bed and the other with two single beds — a spacious living area with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower, WC, and bidet, plus an anteroom with a washing machine and dryer. Functionally furnished to meet every need.

La Cera Farm Camping Romantic Sea View Bungalow

Beautiful Yurt surrounded by nature with sea view on the horizon. Inside the yurt there is a large double bed with private bathroom, airconditioning, fan and fridge. Outside there is a private garden with kitchen, bbq, sun chairs and family table. Private Parking right in front. Homemade breakfast is included and delivered by the yurt. You will find fresh bread, muffins, jams, fruit and fruit juice, and you will find all the equipment to fix coffee and tea by yourself.
