Y Cwtch - Lovely new studio apartment

Brand new private apartment alongside and partly attached to back of house to sleep 2 people. Parking with private entrance via side gate to apartment to the back of the house. Kitchen facilities fridge/microwave/kettle/toaster/halogen oven as well as en-suite shower/toilet. Just 10 minutes walking distance to Bridgend town centre for mainline rail and bus stations. Cardiff 20 minutes/Swansea 20 minutes. Great beaches/Mountain scenery close by as well as a good golf course and driving range.

Warm & welcoming studio

Just ten minutes drive from Cardiff centre. Self-contained and tucked away, once inside the studio you would never know you're in the heart of Birchgrove, Cardiff, with a great range of facilities and buses just a minute’s walk away. The studio has a shower room and well-equipped kitchenette. With a double bed & sofa bed, the studio can sleep four people, plus a travel cot & high chair. Wifi, Netflix & Amazon TV are provided. The studio has a wood burner, central heating & shared patio.

Cottage in Bute Park

Once part of the farm belonging to the Marquess of Bute. Close to the city centre, Cardiff Uni, Bute Park and Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. If you like the unusual you should love this cottage because of the location and quirky old fashioned charm of the place. It suits families, visiting academics and small groups. Good WIFI. I am soon to remove the sofa bed downstairs -. Please feel free to enjoy the paved area and lawn outside the front door. See other things to note below.

Lovely 2 bedroom flat in Cardiff Bay residential area. Very convenient access to city centre and Cardiff Bay. 20 minute walk to Principality stadium/Motorpoint Arena/St Davids Centre. Easy access to Cardiff Central train station. 10 minute walk to Cardiff Bay where you can find lots of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. 15 minute walk to St Marys Street which is popular for having shopping, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Lovely roof top open plan living space on a large house in the heart of Penarth town centre. Benefiting from many lovely bars, cafes, shops and restaurants. Two minutes walk to bus stop, five minutes to train station, only 10 minutes into Cardiff centre. Perfect for events in Cardiff and visiting the surrounding area. Now with a recently fitted full kitchen in the loft itself, suitable for preparing snacks to cooking full Sunday dinners.

Welcome to my city pad...A 10 minute walk from the centre of the city and 5 minutes into the bay. I love being here when I'm in Cardiff so hope you do too. My apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitised between each stay and has been refurbished to a fab standard so you'll be really relaxed and comfortable when you come to stay.
