Appartamento di 100 metri quadri nel cuore di Cagliari. Situato all'interno di un palazzo signorile del 1912, presenta bellissimi soffitti alti e affreschi originari. Dal balcone si gode di una piacevole vista sui tetti di Villanova, il Bastione di Saint Remy e la Chiesa di San Giacomo. La panoramica è così ampia che in lontananza si intravedono il mare, la Sella del Diavolo, la Basilica di Bonaria e altri luoghi simbolo della città. Dalla cucina si vede la Torre Campanaria della Cattedrale.

Gli autori della Casa Mediterranea - i proprietari felici, con amore per la natura. Abbiamo usato nella ristrutturazione solo i materiali anallergici - pietre, legno, calce ecc.
