Conveniently located 1 mile from AL HWY 157, 20 min northwest of Cullman. Enjoy the rocking chair porch in the foothills of the Warrior Mountains with a treehouse view of bird habitat in every direction. Private ... no other houses in sight. Hand built construction by Mark who felled each tree from our own land and built this cabin literally with his own two hands. The wrap around deck we call "Sally's Deck". Hurricane Sally provided the wood when she deposited a pile of docks on our Ft Morgan property. The natural wood interior is lovely! One of a kind!

Farris Family Farm

Farris Family Farm is tucked into the beautiful countryside of Northwest Alabama. 50 acres of pasture, pond, creek and forest set the perfect scene for whatever getaway you have in mind. During the year-long renovation of the home we pictured family gatherings, wedding parties, couples and solo venturists all enjoying this place. We know that the spirit of hospitality, extended first by our grandparents, is abundant here. We are glad to continue the legacy of welcoming you "home."

The Lawrence Farmhouse

The 121 year old Lawrence Farmhouse was hand built by the Lawrence family in 1903 and is located on the Lawrence Farm in Fayette County, Alabama. The Lawrence Farm is a registered USDA and Alabama Century and Heritage Farm and has been in continuous agricultural production by the same family for over 150 years. The Lawrence farm is also a registered Alabama Tree Farm and Alabama Treasure Forest. The Farmhouse is often used by the family for stays during Hunting season.

Creek House at Tack Tavern Ranch

Hensci, Esdonko (Hello, How are you?) In the language of the Muscogee Creek Indians, who once inhabited the rich rolling hills of Alabama. The rustic Creek House is decorated with findings of Native American and Creek Indian Heritage. Donkeys and chickens are nearby. We are located at the end of a slough with not much water traffic. Seasonal swim pier to layout, swim, or fish, and a seasonal boat ramp for your convenience. 10 minutes from shopping and restaurants.
