Very close to Walmart, restaurants , bars, shopping centers the Plaza Américas, Puerto Cancún ,beach area.Bus stop on the corner to destinations in Cancun and Riviera Maya, in car very close to the ferry to Isla Mujeres.

Private studio room located in Hotel Zone 5min away from Cancun's 2 best beaches. A 2min bus ride to Party/clubs area. Great internet speed for remote workers! The room is within the same gate as the main house but you have your own private entrance from the outside and independent room. The room has 2 individual beds, a complete bathroom and closet. Fan in the ceiling, and A/C. Your mini bar and microwave. (Must use a staircase to access this room). Small balcony area for smokers.

Cuenta con baño privado, SMART TV, sofá, cafetera, horno de microondas, lámparas, aire acondicionado, ventilador, mosquitero y escritorio. No cuenta con estacionamiento.

The Apartment is in a quiet neightborhood, at the end of a Closer street. If you bring your own car is very easy to parking at the front home! or if you prefer to move in bus.... The bus stop for buses to hotel zone is only 1 block from home . We are 10 minutes taxi ride from the ADO bus station, and 30 minutes ride to/ from the airport .
