We loved this place! We were looking for something more halfway between Sydney and Melbourne but fell for this place and just had to book. We’re glad we did. The bed was super comfy and the standard was well above most pet friendly place. We only stayed the night and didn’t really use the kitchen. Our only concern was that our dog is petrified of the wind turbines and even though they were far away in the distance, it made her freak out and not want to be outside. Rachel said she hadn’t had other dogs react like that (including her own), so think it could be just our dog being a bit weird. 🫣 We arrived after midnight and Dean was still up to ensure we found the place ok. Graham was soo amazing to deal with! Such an amazing place that is sooo close to the shops and takeaway. Well enclosed yard for my dog and everything in general just felt very cozy and comfortable. I will definitely be back I love Dalmeny

We absolutely loved our stay at this little apartment by the beach! The views were absolutely amazing, and there were beautiful beaches just a short walk away. We brought our Golden Retriever, Sonny, and it was so easy to get to a great dog beach nearby—which he loved! Bronwyn was such a friendly and welcoming host. She had lots of helpful suggestions for places to visit and eat, and Sonny absolutely adored her too. The accommodation was lovely—comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect weekend getaway, and we can’t wait to come back.

Awesome house which makes us feel home very close to shops yet feels very residential. Clean and nice house. Will recommend this to all tourists who want to anchor at Batesmans bay. Will recommend the tourists to give it clean to the owner so many enjoys the place as we did. Best Deal!

I had a lovely stay at Sam’s property. The house was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and location is gorgeous. The place had everything you need and more. The cupboards were well stocked with staples in case you forgot anything and the bottle of bubbles and Easter eggs on arrival were a lovely touch. Probably the best equipped airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The location is steps from the beach and there are cute little kangaroos that gather on the grass across from the house in the mornings and evenings. I would definitely stay again! Only one very minor thing I didn’t love is that there aren’t any blinds at the property (only sheer curtains in the ground floor bedrooms), so if you aren’t an early riser or like your privacy at night it feels very bright and open. Also worth noting the closest shop is a 10min drive away, so do a grocery shop before if you are arriving at night. But I still very much enjoyed my stay and will be recommending to my friends.

Yass Country Retreat lived up to our expectations and was perfect for us as a base to explore the region. The property was clean, well furnished and stocked with many extras not always provided in similar properties. The hosts were very proactive and responsive in their communication making sure that we were comfortable and ready to accommodate any requests we may have had. I would highly recommend this property for a quiet but central place to stay in the Yass region.
