Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious layout with a large eat-in kitchen, great room, formal dining room, living room with fireplace, along with an outside deck with a fire pit This house is ideal for family get-togethers. There is nothing like sitting around the fire and listening to the waves crash on the beach.

Surf cottage Pleasure Point walk to surf/ coffee

Private free standing beach cottage w/hot tub. Walk to surf/beach/coffee/food Comfy & cozy in the prime location to surf, have a surf lesson, have a beach day or just watch surfers catch waves all day. Conveniently located close to coffee, restaurants, grocery, the beach and more. Remote work here. Healing, tranquil & relaxing. The PRIVATE hot tub just completes that experience. :-) Upon approval we can accept 1 small/medium size dog, just please no cats. $100 additional pet cleaning fee

You'll be just steps away from breathtaking ocean views, sandy beaches and world-renowned surf spots. Come for some coastal vibes and experience all that Santa Cruz has to offer.

Seabright Cottage

The one-bedroom cottage is a peaceful retreat, nestled in a quiet family neighborhood. It is an 8-minute walk to the sunny Seabright Beach and close to all that is Santa Cruz. The sunny living room and private garden are great places to chill. It is a two-block walk to several excellent restaurants. We provide two beach cruisers, and it is less than a mile ride to either downtown Santa Cruz or the Marina. So park your car and have some fun.

A nantucket-inspired cottage in Capitola was designed by award-winning architect Tobin Dougherty. This iconic beach house has been showcased in many publications, including Sunset Magazine, Fine Homebuilding, and Better Homes and Gardens. It is a true architectural gem that I am honored to share with you and your loved ones. Conveniently located just a .3 miles/6 minute walk to Capitola Village, Gayle's Bakery, and the Beach.

Amazing Country Setting at Cottage Creek Vineyards

Lovely 1000 Sq. ft. Cottage in the heart of wine country. A 400 sq. ft. delightful back patio with fire pit, full kitchen and bathroom makes this the perfect home away from home. Amenities include queen bed, wifi, TV's, fire place, & parking. We are a live winery and have wine tasting two weekends and two Friday evenings a month. We usually have live music, wine tasting is in the same vicinity as the Cottage.
