Or bring you side by side / 4wheelers as there is also an ATV park nearby. So many fun things to do!

Bring your fishing boat because the NYS boat launch is a short 30 second walk down the road where you’ll find world class fishing. After a day of exploring Northern New York, come home for dinner and cozy up in front of the fireplace with a good book. This home is perfect for a family or a small group looking to spend time in the area and enjoy Lake Ontario during all four seasons.

The Love Shack- 1 Bedroom Retreat

This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

Lily Pad Lodge -Cozy Waterfront with Kayaks+ Dock

Perfect year round place for small family or a couple fisherman to use while exploring all the lake has to offer. Located at Snug Harbor marina, on mud bay. The lilly pad lodge is a one bedroom cabin that includes 2 full beds. The couch in the living area converts to a queen size bed as well. It has a full kitchen, a full bathroom, and a washer dryer. It is within walking distance to Snug Harbor restaurant. A short 5 minute drive to the St. Lawrence river and a 10-15 min drive to Chaumont bay.

Take a walk on the dock to the water for the views, fishing, kayaking and boating in the summer. It’s just a short walk down the private drive to Snug Harbor Restaurant/Bar for those nights you don’t want to cook! This is a four season cottage. WIFI is free to all guests. Escape to your own slice of paradise with this 3 bed, 1.5 bath winterized cottage nestled on the tranquil shores of Sawmill Bay/Lake Ontario. Stunning lake views and the most amazing sunsets make this retreat perfect for family getaways or romantic escapes. We do not have a "beach" but have water access from the rock shore and are near public launches and marinas. Enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking, nearby restaurants, shops and a winery (across the street). Your Sawmill Bay Getaway awaits!

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. End your incredible day fishing off the dock with s’mores at the fire pit. Hunters and fishermen welcome. Plenty of parking so bring your motorized toys! See you soon!

Summertime swimming is accessible across the road with our 120 feet of waterfront which is mostly flat rocks. Our home has all amenities including a fully equipped kitchen - just bring your food. Located on the edge of the village where you can enjoy quaint shops, restaurants, a brewery, gourmet coffee shop, and an award-winning local winery.

This beautiful waterfront Bungalow is totally refinished and offers spacious kitchen, very cozy living room and 2 comfortable private bedrooms. Nice outside deck overlooking the beautiful St. Lawerence River enjoy grilling and relaxing. Located 10 minutes from the Village of Cape Vincent or the town of Clayton, supermarket, restaurants and shopping within minutes. Beautiful sunsets , the best swimming and kayaking in the area. Please note we do not supply bath towels

Your group will be comfortable in this open floor plan home, five minutes from Cape Vincent and twelve minutes from Clayton. Clean, cozy and comfortable. Sleeps seven comfortably. Three bedrooms (one king bed, one full and one queen,) two bathrooms and a desk area. There is a single, comfortable bed in the office area also with a privacy screen. Flat screens in the living and master, free wifi is also available. A keurig and regular coffee maker are on the counter.

Our renovated farmhouse (built 1840) has been transformed into a peaceful family retreat where we like to spend our days outside, and wind down at night in this rustic family camp. For over six years we have been working to create a place to build memories for our family, and we look forward to sharing our space with other families hoping to do the same.
