Newly renovated and beautifully updated. It is a 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a set of built in bunk beds, 1 bath. Cozy open living room and kitchen with french doors to private patio and outdoor dining area with beautiful palm trees. Just a short walk across Hwy 98 to the dedicated beach! Enjoy the ocean breeze and splashing waves as you watch the sunset. Bonus outdoor enclosed shower with hot water to wash all the sand from the beach away! Come make unforgettable memories here!

***ASK ABOUT SNOWBIRD PRICING*** This little cottage is so close to the water that the surf is audible from the porch. This place is the definition of simple living and is perfect for small groups and families. Fishing is extremely popular here as well. Also, take advantage of building fires on the beach, watching beautiful sunsets, and star gazing. The cottage is walking distance from the Tradin' Post, Peachy's, Weber's Donuts, Cape Coffee and IceCream, and St. Joe Shrimp Co.

Clean and Quaint Cottage - Great Location

Quaint renovated cottage close to downtown (walking distance) and two blocks from PSJ Bay. This is a great place to relax after a long day at the beach, playing Pickleball or fishing. There is a large parking pad out front that will easily accommodate 4 vehicles or a boat and 1-2 vehicles. Frank Pate park is within walking distance with four Pickleball Courts or access for fishing. The backyard is fenced and there is a porch for enjoying the warm Florida evenings.
