This beautiful brand new house in the crest on Rosemary St only 1/2 block the beautiful bay and 2 short blocks to the free Wildwood Beach. The house has 5 bedrooms with 1st bedroom on the first floor. Here you will find PacMan arcade game. Upstairs you will find 4 spacious bedrooms. Everything is brand new. In the living room there are 2 sofa beds. please note, max occupancy is 12 adults and may add up to 4 children for total of 16 people. * note no outside guests are allowed

This dog friendly corner property is only a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive to the bay beach, free parking and no beach tags required all year. Dogs are allowed on the beach before 11 AM and after 4 PM in summer. There is a fenced in yard to keep your family & dog safe. You will enjoy our large screened-in rear patio. Linens and towels are NOT provided but may be rented from local companies. Washer & Dryer and many other amenities. Enjoy your stay! No Smoking inside.
