It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. A modern newly renovated home with personal touches in a quiet neighborhood located in Fayetteville. It's great for a walk or run. Approximately 5 minutes to Ft Bragg, 10minutes from Raeford, 25 minutes from I95 and 25 minutes to the airport. The house has three bedrooms all with queen sized beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for individuals who like to cook. The living room is equipped with a television and a roku. A washer and dryer is available for use in the garage.
