Very spacious. Gorgeous features. Clean. Comfortable bed. Provided space heaters were helpful to get the room to a comfortable temperature. Would stay again.

There should be more than 5 stars for this lovely property and its hosts!!! We were three couples vacationing for the first time on the Cape and this charming home was perfect for us. Conveniently located to serve as home base for many excursions we felt immediately at home. We each had our own themed bedroom with en suite bathroom and TV. All common areas including the sun porch and outdoor deck were fantastic places to gather and enjoy our time together. Our hosts were so pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. As only one example, on a rainy day the host proactively contacted us wth suggestions on things to do in the event of rain on the Cape. We so appreciated this thoughtful gesture and there were many more. When I think about it, this really sums up why we had such a wonderful time. Everything about this property speaks to how much these hosts care about their guests! Hope to return one day. Thank you!

The home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and private. The beach was 1.4 miles from the home, so we enjoyed walking there. The home furnishings were very clean and comfortable. The home was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host was excellent, keeping in touch with updates leading up to our stay, and throughout the process. We couldn't have found a more perfect home for our vacation in Eastham. I would highly recommend the home and host for anyone considering a stay at the Cape.

Wonderful Stay with a Responsive Host I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The property was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean—exactly as pictured. The location was convenient and made exploring the area easy. The host was very responsive and took care of any of our concerns. Michael’s place was great! Very close to the Orange Line, great coffee near by, it was a great place to stay in Boston. Michael was always very responsive throughout our stay; we left a small item behind and he shipped it back to us free of charge! We really appreciated the hospitality, and the apartment was really excellent to stay at. This wasn’t an issue with Michael or the accommodation, but the first couple nights of our stay were quite cold; it turned out one of the other residents in the building was turning down the boiler thermostat for the whole building. Michael did help address this and reached out to the other unit owners about the correct temperature for the building to stay at, but just know that if you’re staying in winter with young children who can’t use blankets yet, there isn’t a thermostat in the unit itself. Hopefully this wouldn’t be an issue for future guests, but just reach out to Michael if you run into issues with the temperature, he will make sure it’s warm

A great stay for a week with the family. Kitchen had all pots/pans needed for significant cooking, comfortable beds and linens, great walker- accessible bathroom, comfortable couches. Kathy is a very responsive host and bought a chair and DVD player for our use. Beautiful garden, bbq area and fire pit area. Note fire pit and bbq area are not wheelchair accessible. Short walk to beach and quiet neighborhood. Overall we enjoyed our time there and would recommend for a large group.

We had a very memorable awesome weekend! Being pet friendly was awesome because I love to bring my buddies with me everywhere I can :-) also my girls that traveled from afar were able to enjoy their love and affection ❤️. The master sweet with bathroom off the kitchen was super spacious and private. I questioned the cleaning fee price but after I saw how large the place was and how clean the place was at checkin it is was all worth it. I would highly recommend this place to all. Talita, thank you for having your place available for us on such a beautiful long weekend. My family was able to create so many beautiful memories in the comfort of your lovely home.

My stay at Richard’s Airbnb was exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal. It is within walking distance of Commercial Street restaurants and shops and is in a peaceful setting. I especially loved the details to the decor, the bed was comfortable with a nicely fully stocked kitchen, which made my experience feel even more special. Richard was incredibly responsive and accommodating. He was always quick to answer any questions and provide great local recommendations. His thoughtfulness was evident in the detailed instructions for what was in the home and recommendations for local experiences. I felt at home during my time here, and I can’t wait to return. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed!
